How do I know which logs will fit?
Compare the dimensions, shape and quantity shown on the product with your existing fuel bed and the appliance manufacturer’s instructions. Appearance alone is not enough. If you cannot confirm a match, send us a photo before ordering.
Can I replace a single log?
Yes, where a matching individual log is available and it suits the size and arrangement specified for your fire. If you only need one piece, choose an individual log rather than a full set.
How many logs do I need?
Use the number of pieces your fuel bed was designed to hold. Count the existing logs and check the appliance instructions. Do not add extra pieces unless the manufacturer specifically allows it.
Can I change the appearance of my existing fire?
You can change the character of a fireplace by choosing a different style, colour or arrangement — provided the replacements still match the size, quantity and layout the appliance requires. Style is a visual choice. Fit still has to be right.
Are artificial logs universal?
No. Ceramic logs vary in size, shape, finish and intended arrangement. They are not interchangeable between every gas fire, fireplace or decorative display. Always check the product details and the appliance instructions.
