Delivery

This policy explains how The Stove Wizard usually delivers orders within the United Kingdom.

Couriers

• Standard parcels: usually sent by Royal Mail Tracked.
• Larger parcels: usually sent by DPD.

Dispatch

We aim to dispatch orders on the next working day after the order is confirmed. Delivery dates are not guaranteed.

Large parcel and extended-area delivery

Some UK locations, including parts of the Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland and other carrier surcharge areas, incur additional delivery costs from our delivery partners. For qualifying large parcel deliveries to these locations, delivery is £15. This charge is confirmed at checkout from your delivery address and reflects carrier pricing.
