Bespoke cut-to-size boards

Vermiculite boards cut to dimensions you supply (including shaped cutting, chamfered edges or chosen finishes) are bespoke items made to your order.

If the board matches the thickness, dimensions and options you entered at checkout, it is not eligible for return or refund because the measurements were incorrect or unsuitable for your appliance.

This does not affect your statutory rights. If goods are faulty, not as described, or incorrectly supplied by us, contact us with your order details and we will put it right.
