How To Use Smoking Chunks

1. Light your BBQ, smoker, kamado or fire pit and allow the fuel to reach cooking temperature.
2. Add 1 to 3 chunks directly onto hot charcoal or place near the heat source for slower smoke release.
3. Close the lid and allow the chunks to smoulder, creating clean aromatic smoke.
4. Add your food and cook low and slow for deeper flavour.
5. For longer cooks, add extra chunks as required throughout the session.
