Perfect For Cold Smoking

Smoking dust is especially suited to low-temperature smoking and cold smoking. It works brilliantly with cheese, fish, meats, vegetables and other foods where a slow, steady smoke is needed.

Instructions For Use

Use with a suitable cold smoker, smoke generator, smoke maze or compatible BBQ smoking accessory.

Fill your smoking device with the dust, light according to your equipment instructions, and allow the dust to smoulder gently. Once a steady smoke is produced, add your food and keep the lid closed where possible.

Do not use smoking dust directly on high heat charcoal, as it may burn too quickly.

Great With

Cheese: Cheddar, gouda, halloumi and other firm cheeses.

Fish: Salmon, trout, mackerel and seafood.

Meat: Beef, pork, poultry, ribs and brisket.

Vegetables: Peppers, mushrooms, aubergine and plant-based dishes.

TIME TO CHANGE YOUR GAS FIRE ACCESSORIES?

We recommend that you should change your gas fire coals, logs pebbles at least once every 2 years or as they become discoloured and worn. Gas fire manufacturers will normally insist that you use their specific brand of coals. Despite this, thousands of homes every year use non-standard ceramics on their gas fires without any issues.
