How to Fit Flat Stove Rope

  1. Remove the old seal and any remaining adhesive residue.
  2. Clean and dry the surface so the self-adhesive backing can bond.
  3. Measure the required length and cut the seal to size.
  4. Peel away the protective backing from the self-adhesive strip.
  5. Position the rope and press it firmly into place.
  6. Check the seal is seated correctly around the entire edge.
  7. Check the seal is firmly bonded and correctly positioned before using the appliance.

This product has a heat-resistant self-adhesive backing, so a separate stove rope adhesive is not required.
